Production

Unless indicated - all jewellery pieces are made to order.  Please refer to the individual listing to determine the estimated production time as some pieces take longer to produce than others. You will receive an email notification once your item has been shipped.

Custom and Bespoke orders have a lead time of 6 weeks once the design has been finalised and a deposit has been received. This timeframe can vary depending on individual circumstances and will be communicated with you during the bespoke process.


Bespoke and Custom Designs

Creating unique bespoke pieces is a large part of our practice. We love working with clients to create unique pieces that resonate with them and their journey.
Please send a message through our contact page to discuss the piece you would like.  

Due to the personalised nature of the work, there are no refunds available for bespoke commissions and custom pieces.

Shipping

Domestic orders
Shipping is made through Australia Post Parcel Service with options of Parcel Post or Express Post available at checkout. All items are shipped with tracking attached and signature required on delivery. Your parcel tracking number will be provided within your shipping notification email.

Items valued over $250 receive insurance coverage and signature on delivery.   Items over $500 are sent via registered post.
If you would like to have your package delivered via courier please email us for a pricing quote. 


International orders

International orders are sent through Australia Post Air service, with options of Standard or Express Shipping available at checkout.  Delivery times vary depending on your location, and customs delays can sometimes occur.   Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

All items are shipped with tracking attached and signature on delivery. Items valued over $250 receive insurance coverage. Your parcel tracking number will be provided within your shipping notification email. Depending on your country’s mail service, some tracking numbers may not be available once the package reaches the destination country.

If you have any questions regarding the location of your parcel while it is in transit please email us directly and we will do what we can to assist you.

Packaging

Your jewellery piece is packaged in a small, branded, hard cardboard box - ready for gifting.  If you would like a personalised note please let us know when you are making your purchase.  

Your package is shipped in a generic, padded parcel envelope for secure and safe shipping.


Refunds and Exchanges

Leonie Simpson Design handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. There is no refund for change of mind but we are happy to discuss store credit or exchange for another item. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and in their original packages.  
There is no refund available for original shipping charges and buyers are responsible for the returned shipping costs. Tracking is required when shipping an item back to us. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

All refunds are made at the discretion of Leonie Simpson Design.

For health hygiene reasons, there is no refund available for earrings.  There are no refunds available for custom pieces or sale items. 

If you are concerned that your item was damaged during transit, please get in touch with us and will do what we can to help you out.

If your item was purchased from a stockist, please reach out to the store of original purchase for assistance with your item.
